• Accepting a bonus is entirely voluntary — it is never forced upon you.
• The wagering requirement (playthrough requirement) for each bonus must be fulfilled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.

"Wagering" in bonus terms refers to placing bets totalling a specified amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in bets. Not all bets contribute equally — Sports Betting typically counts in full, while casino games vary by title.

The following general rules apply to placing and settling bets on Holiganbets:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Holiganbets reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If an event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• If a suspended match does not resume within the specified timeframe, the bet will be declared void.
• If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the bet continues with the remaining selections.
• Holiganbets reserves the right to set bet limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Holiganbets:

• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Artificially placing bets to meet bonus requirements, whether individually or as a group (bonus abuse).
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Using or operating third-party accounts.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or glitches.
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward support staff.

Holiganbets reserves the right to close or suspend any account if:

• A breach of the terms and conditions occurs.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Due to a legal obligation.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.

Users may also close their account at any time. Simply email our support team and the process will begin within 24 hours. If you have a remaining balance, you will have the opportunity to withdraw it before the account is closed.
